All Blacks is out of Rugby World Cup! I could not believe it! I did not watch the game that was telecast "live" as I thought New Zealand will defintely be thru to the semi-final... i watched the delayed telecast the next day.... just wanted to see how New Zealand thrashed france to their quarter final victory. Was flipping thru the newspaper to see the results but could not find... not available at press time i guess...
While I was watching the game, my wife went to check the results online and told me that New Zealand lost by 2 points. I told her "ya good try", thinking that she was just pulling my leg... as i watched on... it seems like what my wife told me is true.. I was really upset that New Zealand lost. They have been fighting for 20 years as a rugby nation. What makes it worse is that they were beaten by the French team!!! The only Good thing was that i still had a steamboat dinner prepared by my MIL, after watching the game.
My son has been getting more and more active now. He now likes to crawl on the floor very much. Whenever anyone were to carry him, he will either struggle to go down to the floor or he will be playing with whoever is carrying him... he now laughs loudly to little things that we do.... my father-in-law pats his own chest to make some noise...Jedd will be chuckling happily till my FIL stops doing it.... once my FIL stops.. he will play with his collar, shirt pocket and anything that he can bite or pat to make noise with... once he is done, he will want to go down to the floor and crawl... either that, he will want to be carried to walk around... As the family dog, whiskey, is around, we could not let him crawl freely as and when he likes... we will have to do many things now to distract him... Good thing is that he is easily satisfied and does not really wail if we do not give him what he wants. Seeing him now is still a joy. In a few months time there will be a lot of my friends giving birth to their baby. Off hand now, is about 5 that i can recall... Jedd will have more new friends soon. And he will be a BIG brother to the 2007 babies :-)
